The topic of the session is Thriving in the new post Covid Scenario. During the session, he introduces the seven key habits which can help to thrive in this new realities. We all have been working from home for many days without social interactions for such long time so we got to keep high energy for ourself and the organization. We have to be ‘positively paranoid’ meaning we need to be extremely scared of what can happen so you need to be genuinely scared about what can happen in the future. On the other hand, one needs to lead with positivity to ensure you engage the team below you. We have to be extremely flexible in terms of changing plans with changed scenario. Be ready for anything – may be future issues and challenges that might come-up. Try to overcome the negative news by looking for positive aspects. At this hour of the crises, you have to zoom-in meaning micro manage things and at the same time zoom-out to see the bigger picture.
The session was moderated by Ujaya Shakya, Founder and Managing Director of Outreach Nepal, with discussion on many interesting questions. And the session got extremely good reviews from all the participants.
